GREG THOMPSON

Managing Director

With 32 years in the civil and Agricultural construction industry, Greg has gained the experience necessary to successfully oversee and deliver large scale, complex water and wastewater projects from concept and design through to construction, commissioning, and close-out.

As Managing Director, Greg is known for a strategic and focused approach with an aim to limit risk, establish creative strategies for optimising operations, financial returns, external customer service and quality outputs with a focus on client support.

MICHAEL THOMPSON

Business Development & Project Management

A civil and mechanical specialist with extensive experience in the design, construction and project management of water and wastewater related infrastructure including pipelines, pump stations and treatment facilities.

Michael manages the Pre-Contracts and Bid/Estimating. Michael believes in developing an understanding of a potential client’s key challenges, concerns, and needs; and structuring and managing proposals accordingly to ensure the best possible result for all stakeholders involved is achieved with any individual project.

MATTHEW THOMPSON

Operations & Procurement

Matthew brings a wealth of knowledge with a strong focus on innovation and quality coupled with his attention to detail and thorough technical knowledge, gives him an edge when delivering high-impact projects.

Matthew is a highly versatile and flexible Operations and Procurement Manager, who is adept at successfully navigating a wide range of complex equipment delivery challenges and implementing the learnings gained for the benefit of future projects he also runs and overseas our retail diversion of the business making sure that all clients daily needs are achieved.

RACHEL THOMPSON-MURRAY

Project Controls Manager

Rachel has being with TI for over 20 years and has over ten years’ experience working on large civil construction and infrastructure projects in the water and civil construction industry. She is a highly organised Project Controls Manager with extensive experience in managing contracts, to ensure maximum benefits for all parties involved.

Rachel possesses exceptional communication, negotiation, decision-making, and analytical skills and has proven herself to be an integral member of any Project Delivery team. She also manages the payroll department, processes incoming and outgoing payments and prepares financial reports. Analytical and organised with the proven ability to identify client needs, Rachel is skilled at making recommendations and implementing effective solutions.

EMMA THOMPSON-BRIGHT

Account Manager

Experienced bookkeeping account with over four years’ experience, Emma has built exceptional relationships with new clients and manages strong relationships with existing clients.

During her four years with TI, Emma connects regularly with key business executives, stakeholders, and employees. She also assists Rachel in the payroll department, processes incoming and outgoing payments and prepares financial reports

GARY SAYWELL

HSEQ Manager

A safety professional with over twenty-five years’ industry experience including management in HSEQ processes, Gary is highly skilled in the development, delivery, and monitoring of HSEQ systems, and effectively developing sustainable controls to reduce the overall risk of projects.

Gary’s experience is driving efficiency through compliance and positively engaging with stakeholders to ensure risk reduction, and improvement of overall safety and evaluation processes, in accordance with industry and legislated standards

DOUG WALKER

Project Construction Manager
A Construction Manager with over eleven years’ hands-on experience, Doug has the necessary skills required to supervise complex projects from planning through to construction, commissioning and close out. By providing effective and goal-oriented leadership, combined with an extensive knowledge of the civil, water and wastewater industries, Doug can consistently deliver on time successful projects without compromising on safety or quality.

JEFF NICHOLS

Fabrication & Workshop Manager
TI realise the importance of providing our customers with on time delivery of required project manufactured parts and a reliable breakdown service for all required and serviced equipment with this in mind Jeff has developed our engineering workshop around this concept. We have a strong commitment to ensuring quality fabrication and repairs and getting the client up and running as soon as possible after any breakdown. Our engineering workshop is fully equipped with lathes, milling machines, large steel plate fabrication facilities and welding equipment to carry out all necessary pump and pipework repairs and fabrication.

CONSTRUCTION TEAM

Part of our Pump & Pipeline Construction Team
TI Team predominantly self-perform our contract works, utilising our experienced workforce of 20+employees and our specialist fleet of plant and equipment to minimise construction delays in waiting for Sub Contractors to carryout parts of the construction.
