Project Overview

Hilltops Shire Council required a Design and Construct Potable pipeline upgrade for Young. Council has identified the need to replace an existing pipeline along the Olympic Highway (Cowra Rd). There are connections to existing rising mains, and 29 existing metered service lines along the alignment including connection to the John McGregor Reservoir, Hill St and Old Monteagle Rd, all branch line connections crossing the Olympic Highway will require under boring. All pipelines are to be kept in service throughout the works and transferred to the proposed new pipeline as part of the commissioning of the works.
